what to put in front of us
None of it is a dealbreaker — send what you have and we'll ask for the rest. But the more that lands with your first message, the faster the quote.
the model or the drawings
Revit, CAD, SketchUp, or a clean set of PDF elevations and plans. Even a massing study gets us moving — we can work from whatever stage you're at.
the real deadline
The pre-sale launch, the planning hearing, the investor meeting. Tell us the date that actually matters and we'll build the schedule backward from it.
the shots you think you need
Hero exterior? Two interiors and a flythrough? A VR build for the sales suite? A rough list is plenty — we'll tell you honestly if you need fewer.
the finishes, if they're picked
Brick, timber, glazing, cladding specs — send the schedule or the samples. If they're not locked yet, we'll stage plausible options and swap later.
straight answers
the questions we get before a project starts
how fast will i hear back?
Within one business day, Monday to Friday. You'll get a scope, a price, and a delivery date — not a "we'll circle back." If your deadline is immovable, call and we'll talk it through on the spot.
what does a render actually cost?
Exterior stills start at $865 per view, interiors at $980, walkthroughs from $4,400, and VR builds from $3,650. Multi-image packages and developer retainers get a better per-view rate — send the brief and we'll price your exact scope.
what do i need to have ready?
A model or drawing set, a real deadline, and a rough idea of the shots you want. Finishes help but aren't required — we can stage believable options and swap them once they're locked. Everything else we'll ask for as we go.
can you hit a tight pre-sale launch?
First photoreal drafts usually land about nine days from a confirmed brief. If your date is sooner, say so up front — we'll tell you honestly whether it's doable and what the weekend push would involve, before you commit.
do i own the final files?
Yes. Full-resolution 4K deliverables and usage rights hand over on final payment — print, web, sales suite, planning submission. Two revision rounds are written into every quote, so there are no per-tweak surprises.
one more thing
the clock's already running.
Every week your project sits in market without proper imagery is a week of buyers squinting at floor plans. Send the brief — we'll start today.
